Well first off upon check in the lady at the front desk was very rude, she handed me my keys after charging me to valet my car (that I had to park myself) I don't think she even made eye contact at any point in time but this was a days hotel / inn so I didn't expect the best customer service I just wanted to get out and enjoy Miami. ![]()
